JWZ has been established to undertake insurance-related consultancy projects including:

	Technical projects such as market research, product development, policy wording analysis, claims trend analysis, etc
	Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) for individuals and companies, provided either in JWZ is premises in Bahrain or in-house at insurance and related companies throughout the Middle East as required
	Providing insurance translation from English to Arabic and Arabic to English
	Running public awareness campaigns to promote products and services
	Organising insurance exhibitions, conferences and events
Our vision at JWZ is to provide a one-stop shop for insurance-related training, consultancy and education.  Although our focus will be on developing the skills and qualifications of Arab nationals, we recognise the need for sharing of best practice with other countries and nationalities and the opportunity for enhanced learning that arises through the exchange of views and practices in different markets. Insurance is a dynamic international business and this diversity will be reflected in our business.
